Whipping Up The Logo

A brand and brand consistency is extremely important, right? We want to make sure that the story of Instapuff is showcased somehow in everything we do. To do this, our house decided to partner up and collaborate with Cristian Jimenez, a student in Digital Design, to create the logo for Instapuff. We wanted to help expand our Instapuff family and Network with a few more Magical Creatives.

While brainstorming the Logo, we wanted to channel the enchanting history and magic of our house but also tie in the all of the banding magic we create across all types of platforms. We wanted to showcase the type of media sorcerers we are.

The logo that was created has our mascot, the puffer fish. We also wanted to stay true to what gives us a whimsical edge, like our media postions and wands, adding a touch of the media platforms we are present on. We used the colors of scarlet red, black and grey to show our passion and strength as a house. The circle shape that forms the logo represents the bond and connection Instapuff has and unity that thrives through the alumni and house. We are always united as one. The vines and leaves used in the circle shape show the strength and evergreen magic we form and create. Our content is unique and strong. The handwriting script font used for ‘Instapuff’ represents the originality, effort and cleanliness we bring to everything we create.

Cristian is extremely talented, taking our house values and incorporated it all into one to create our Instapuff logo. We may all bring different assets as witches and wizards of Media, but we all come together to create amazing content.
